Why should I buy from you and not a large corporate retailer?

We have been a biggish shop in a smallish town for nearly 20 years. We are a family-owned, independent business and give back to our community in many ways. Our mission is to welcome all into our shop (online or bricks & mortar) with open-heartedness, and to facilitate FUN! We have had many families and grandparents asking us to sell online for many years. Now, due to Covid, we need to sell online. So here we are!

Are your prices competitive?

We have more overhead than online retailers, we try to pay our wonderful staff a living wage, and we are not given the deals that many of the corporate retailers are offered by manufacturers. However, we have found that some of our items are better-priced than on amazon, most are similar, and a few are higher.

Can I order online?

Yes, please! We are working hard to get more items up every day so be sure and check back often!

Can I pick up my online order?

Absolutely! We offer curbside pick-up. Please select this FREE option at checkout when you get to the shipping page.

When can I pick up my online order?

Look out for our Order Ready email or text, come by during the hours that we are open, give us a call from your car or pop your head in the door, and we will give you your order. Our current shop hours are Sunday 10-5, Monday through Thursday 10-6 and Friday and Saturday 10-7.

When will my online order be ready to pick up?

Depending on what time of day you place your order, most orders will be ready the same day but certainly within 24 hours. Check for your Order Ready email or text and you will know for sure. Please show us your Order Ready text or email when you arrive at our shop.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Absolutely! Select Gift Wrap at checkout. You may choose between holiday wrap, birthday or new baby and add any messages to be enclosed. Gift wrap is FREE.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we do! Delivery is offered for FREE to the following zip codes: 80521, 80524, 80525, 80526, 80528. We will offer delivery to Wellington, Windsor, LaPorte, Severance, Ault, and Timnath for a $6.00 charge.

When will my online order ship out?

We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped the same day and we guarantee that all orders will be shipped within two business days, pending credit card authorization.

What is your shipping charge policy?

We offer FREE standard shipping on domestic orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) of $75 or over. Under $75, you will be able to choose from a variety of shipping options and they will reflect a 10% discount from full shipping rates.

What if I need to return an item that I bought online?

We offer store credit or exchange for most items within 30 days of purchase, excluding Gift Cards, Face Masks, Sale items, Hair Accessories, Undergarments, and bathing Suits. Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we are always happy to discuss sizing, item details, and questions via phone (970-224-2866) or email (hello@clothespony.com). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do I need a Return Authorization form in order to return an item purchased online?

If your item was shipped out to you, then you can contact us at hello@clothespony.com with your order number and the nature of the problem. We will issue a Return Authorization if all above criteria are met.
